This appointment includes up to 2 fingerprint cards completed at our office location.

Mobile appointments are available for added convenience.
Travel fees will apply and are determined based on your location. An invoice will be sent after booking confirmation.

Additional cards may be requested for an additional fee.
Valid identification is required at the time of service.
Same-day and after-hours appointments may be available upon request.

DNA Test

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your DNA testing appointment.
This amount will be credited toward your total cost.

We provide professional DNA collection services for both legal (court-admissible) and peace of mind testing.
Final pricing is determined by the test type and number of participants.

Mobile appointments are available for added convenience.
Travel fees will apply based on distance and will be invoiced after booking confirmation.

Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Valid identification is required for all legal DNA tests.
Same-day and after-hours appointments may be available upon request.

Federally compliant DOT drug testing conducted by a certified collector.
This service is required for safety-sensitive positions and follows all DOT regulations.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Travel fees will apply based on location and will be invoiced after booking confirmation.

A valid government-issued ID and employer-provided documentation (if applicable) must be presented at the time of service.
